Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) — $11.50

• 2nd-Day — $16.00

• Overnight — $20.00

• In-Store Pickup — Free

When can I expect my package to arrive?

• We ship packages Monday through Friday, except for all major holidays. We do not ship anything between 12/25 and 1/2.
  

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

• Returns are at the expense of the customer. 

How can I return something I purchased online?

• Contact the store at bookstore@hampshire.edu or at (413) 559-6000 to arrange a return. Ship the items to: 893 West St. Amherst MA 01002. When we receive your return, your card will be refunded.

What if I’d like to exchange an item?

• Exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges. 

How long will an exchange take?

• Once we receive your return and payment for shipping we will send out your item with your preferred shipping method.
  

I already placed an order, but would like to add an item. Can I add it to my order without paying an additional shipping fee?

• If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us at bookstore@hampshire.edu or at (413) 559-6000 and arrange to have any additional items added to your order.
